The incorporation of DiSC into our organization has opened up communication and broken down barriers to team effectiveness. DiSC has done a wonderful job of increasing collaboration by promoting understanding of different styles and creating a common language for our teams, thereby improving our workplace culture. Through the activities of the DiSC workshop and continued utilization of the Catalyst platform, the team has been able to identify specific communication pitfalls and reconfigure the way in the which communication flows inside the team. Not only that, but new and important understanding of personal preferences have emerged among the team, resulting in increased trust and engagement that has led to a significant spike in team morale and better personal relationships.
